How many emails does the Free plan include?
3,000 emails per month and 100 per day — enough for prototypes and small projects. Past the limit, rate limiting kicks in until you upgrade to Pro.
Is the API compatible with Resend and SendGrid?
Yes. POST /v1/emails accepts the same fields as Resend: from, to, subject, html, text, headers, tags. Most SDKs work after a baseUrl swap.
Where are your servers?
Primary cluster in Moscow, secondary in Estonia. All customer data stays inside EU/Russia — no US transit, no Cloudflare.
What's the deliverability like?
Sendersy runs reputation warmup for each new domain, ships List-Unsubscribe + One-Click headers, and integrates Google Postmaster Tools. Warmed-up domains hit 9-10/10 on mail-tester.
GDPR / Russian 152-FZ compliance?
Sendersy is a registered Russian sole proprietor with Roskomnadzor data-processor registration. Customer data is stored in Russia and the EU. DPA available in English or Russian on request.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 3 days of payment if you haven't burned through your quota. Email support@sendersy.com and we'll refund without questions.
